I am 24 and hate my first job. Do I quit?
Not yet — but set a date, and make the next eight months extractive rather than endured.
At 24 the cost of leaving is low, which is exactly why leaving reflexively is a habit worth not forming.
Before you go, take something with you: a skill, a relationship, a piece of knowledge about how the industry really works. Hating a job and learning from it are entirely compatible.
Then leave on a date you chose rather than a day you could not take any more. The difference shows up in every interview afterwards.
Let's figure it out together.
