About Mary Spio

Mary Spio is a deep space engineer, US Air Force veteran and holder of more than ten Boeing patents. She holds a BS in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and an MS in electrical engineering and computer science from Georgia Tech.

She served six years in the Air Force as a wideband and satellite communications technician, then designed and launched satellites into deep space before becoming head of satellite communication systems at Boeing. She later founded CEEK.
